Eligible requests
In practical terms, A request may be considered only when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its product description. Contact us within 30 days after delivery. This is not a change-of-mind or no-reason return policy. The checkout and order record remain the controlling references.
Evidence and authorization
As a starting point, Send the order number, ordering email, a clear description and photographs or video that show the issue. Do not mail anything back unless we first authorize the return and provide instructions; unauthorized parcels may not be accepted or reimbursed. We use this approach to provide consistent support.
Review, replacement and refund
For each request, We review the order record and evidence before deciding whether a replacement, refund or other resolution is appropriate. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, subject to processor timing. Replacements depend on stock and may require the original item to be returned. This lets us respond with the right information.
